Cancellation Policy

At Claverflun, we strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel your order, as well as your rights under applicable European consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible at info@claverflun.com and include your order number. If your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to info@claverflun.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items should meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • The product does not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the item has diminished as a result of handling beyond what would normally be permitted when examining products in a physical retail store.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an incorrect item, a defective product, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as responsibility for the returned item remains with the customer until it is received by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide satisfactory proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Items Excluded from Cancellation and Return Rights

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products where permitted by applicable law:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Any other goods exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@claverflun.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
